What vehicle has the best gas mileage and what is the gas mileage?

Please give the name of the car, the year of the car and the gas mileage.|||You would need a Hybrid car, the Toyota Prius is rated the best Hybrid car - they started making the car in 2001 and continue to make the car. The gas maileage is 60 MPG in the city and 51 MPG highway. A brand new Toyota Prius costs around 20 thousand or so.|||I use a fuel treatment that works very well i gained about 3-4 mpg average in town and on the highway
