How can i get better gas mileage in my lifted truck?

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 with a 5in fabtech lift kit and a set of 35in set of all terrian tires with a 5.4l v8 under the hood. I need to improve my gas mileage right now im getting about 10mpg. What are some things that i can do to improve that

ThanksHow can i get better gas mileage in my lifted truck?
Honestly you gave your mileage for the mod. A 5.4L just doesn't have the guts for 35" tall tires. You can do the normal stuff like better air filter and better exhaust but the reality of the situation is something that big needs that much fuel to move. If you can improve it at all it will be nominal only a mile or two. I would recommend next time getting a diesel. They have the guts for it.
smaller tires and take the lift out......

but over inflating ur tires a little will get u btr mileage(will cas tires to wear faster tho)

doing a tune-up and changing the fluids (oil diff lube greasing joints) will help some....

putting air intake and free-flow exhaust will help ......

can get the computer programmed at a shop to help a lot....

keep ur foot off the skinny pedal as much as possible....How can i get better gas mileage in my lifted truck?
Don't drive it. Or.....

Lower the truck back to OEM spec's and use the proper sized tires and drop the rear of the bed about 2-4" or just take the tailgate off to reduce drag.

Good Luck!!
new spark plugs, bigger throttle body spacer, k%26amp;n cold air intake, performance chip, exhaust, changing oil every 2,000 miles, bed coverHow can i get better gas mileage in my lifted truck?
I'm surprised you are getting 10mpg with those tires. The only thing you can do is put the stock tires back on. Then you will get about 15mpg. Other than that drive like your grandpa.
