Thinking about purchasing a 2008 Jeep Comander Limited which has a V8 5.7L Hemi in it. I love the vehicle. My wife is worried about the gas mileage. I currently have a Dodge Dakota V8 4.7L and get about 14/15 miles to the gallon. I heard even though the Jeep has a bigger engine that is gets better mileage. Could this be true?How bad is the gas mileage on a Jeep Commander Limited?
The 2WD Commander with the Hemi gets 13/19mpg with an average of about 15mpg in regular driving.
The 4WD model is 13/17 with an average of 14mpg.How bad is the gas mileage on a Jeep Commander Limited?
