Realistically, not really. Make sure your oil is changed often, tires are properly inflated and all your filters are clean. Other than that, just drive prudently, limiting your RPMs and coast as much as you can while avoiding jack-rabbit starts.Gas Mileage?
There are many product out there that claim to do this ... but none have proven they actually work ...
