How good is the gas mileage for a 1998 Mitsubishi?

Looking to purchase a car and a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder is an option; so I was wondering exactly how good the gas mileage is for that vehicle?|||Also consider how well maintained the vehicle was. A dirty air filter/ damaged air filter piping, bad fuel pump, damaged/dirty spark plugs, exhaust leak, etc.. these are just a few issues that could cause your fuel economy to suffer.|||You are looking at 19 MPG in the city, 27 MPG on the highway. Average annual fuel costs per year: $1856.|||The gas mileage for these cars are very good. I drive a 99 GS so im not totally sure if its the same with the spyder but yea I get good gas mileage w/my car.
