What are some cars that get really good gas mileage?

I don't like cars but with gas prices the way they are and how much I drive, I need to get one and I want to know what kind of cars get the best gas mileage? I don't want a prius or a hybrid, just a regular car, nothing sporty but looks nice and gets a lot of miles to the gallon. Thanks!|||By eliminating the Prius from your choices you're missing out on a highly reliable, low maintenance, roomy, great looking, and fun to drive car. My 2004 Prius has cost just 12 cents per mile for dealer maintenance, tires, and fuel combined over the 120,000 miles I've driven it so far. One of the best cars I've ever owned.

2004 Prius MPG from the logbook. (Complete years only):

2003-2004 -- 50.8 mpg 17,628 miles

2005 -- 52.6 mpg 14,688 miles

2006 -- 56.3 mpg 16174 miles

2007 -- 57.3 mpg 18384 miles

2008 -- 59.9 mpg 21755 miles

2009 -- 61.4 mpg 16177 miles

2010 -- 65.2 mpg 12134 miles|||I recommend you to look on this website http://www.autotips.ro/ for more cars, good luck!

|||Honda Civic gets great gas mileage! It also comes in a hybrid now, but if you aren't interested in a Hybrid, it comes in a sedan and a coupe with endless options. That way you can have something nice looking and get your great gas mileage!|||Generally all the small cars get great mileage. Like the Ford Fiesta, Toyota Yaris, that sort of thing. Even my 98 Saturn (manual) still gets almost 50 mpg in summer.

If you get a hatchback version there will be loads of space if you buy something big in a store, like a lawnmower, it'll fit in the back.|||A nice car to consider is the Ford Focus. It get over 30 MPG and is a good reliable car for a very reasonable price weather you buy a new one or a used one.
